Cannot uninstall programs

When I try to uninstall programs in Vista, I get an error message that says,
"Wise Uninstall at the top and the message is, "Could not open INSTALL.LOG
file." Does anyone know what that is? or how to fix it?

When I try to uninstall programs in Vista, I get an error message that
says,
"Wise Uninstall at the top and the message is, "Could not open
INSTALL.LOG
file." I reinstalled the problem program and uninstalled it
again(Verizon VZmanager software) . But it only installed and
uninstalled that version. I still have the original program with the
same "Wise Uninstall message" I have already contacted the software
manufacturer but they are baffled as well. Does anyone know what that
is? Help!
