Hi,

Just to close my own query. I solved the problem by deleting .UFO in the
registry. Now programs are working perfectly.

This is the only way i know of to delete files being used or locked by
system as you guys mentioned.I figured this out earlier today when
trying to delete a corrupt file.

1.Right click program icon and find properties
2.Go to security and click change/edit permissions, deny all users and
system in all boxs.
3.Go back to security and click advanced
4.Click change permissions,select system
5.Scroll thru list,click delete.
6.Click apply if available,exit properties.
7.Add unwanted locked file to recycle bin and done. ;-D

Or, use this freebie: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
I've used it for over a year and it's invaluable.
