Post subject: XP Can't access Vista Share

I have Vista Home Premium.
I have set File sharing ON
Printer Sharing ON.
Network Discovery ON.
With no password.
XP can see Vista, but when I click on the share, it says
Access is denied.
\\Computername\Share is not accessible. you might not have permission to
use
this network Resources.
Appreciate your help

Hi,
I don't have XP, but in Win2K, under local users, I had to enable the
Guest account in order to access a share on Win2K from Vista. I don't
know if that is the only/best way.

My problem is Vista accesses XP OK, but XP can't.

simply follow these steps:
Go to Start ---------> Network -------------> Network and sharing
center tab -----------> under Sharing and Discovery options choose
Passweord protected sharing and make it Off
