My Windows mail won't delete messages from my in-box

Hi there,

I have the same problem here and have tried some of the suggested solutions
without any luck sadly.
Can anyone suggest a solution to permanently deletede messages from the
various folders?

It would have been helpful if you had told us what you have tried already,
so we don't spin our wheels unnecessarily. The latest solution is here:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.

Although only "Outbox" is mentioned, the fix actually works for all folders.
