REPLACEMENT FOR MS PICTURE IT!???

Can someone tell me a replacement for the program Microsoft Picture It!? I
can't get it to work with my new Vista system. Does microsoft make a
replacement? Any help will be appreciated.

I'm using Picture It! version 2 still but would love to find a newer version of a compatible software. The newspaper and magazine covers that Picture It creates with a minimum of fuss is very nice. picture CD's - I just started using Vista Premium and my problem is I can't view my photo's I burned on my XP sytem with Vista. it does not recognize the files on the cd. Any help would be appreciated.
