I cannot seem to be able to play videos from my camera on vista. A still
image comes up in Photo Gallery that is suppost to be where the video should
be. I have tried opening these with other programs such as realplayer and
they do not work.

Please help!!!

Post subject: AVCHD Lite Converter [Login to view extended thread Info.]
Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

AVCHD Lite is a subset of AVCHD format, which identifies devices that are capable of 720p/30fps recording only. Comparing with Full HD, the 720p/30fps video is recorded in the normal AVCHD 720p/60 format, but every other frame is duplicated, resulting in thirty actual frames per second.

In order to play MTS file on PC, Mplayer and VLC player are your first choice. If you want to convert the AVCHD Lite to QuickTime for playing, then Pavtube MTS Converter is an option for you. I really liked how the trial version provided full access to the functions of the software. It allowed me to test the conversion quality.

Your camera creates Apple QuickTime
video files in the .mov format. Do you
