Links toolbar in Windows XP - how to do this in Vista?

In XP, I could add a "Links" toolbar to Windows Explorer, and have each link in this toolbar so that
if I clicked on it, a small box of folders and files would appear as a sort of a sub-menu.

Is there a way to add something similar to Visa's Explorer?

I am having the same problem & don't see that your question was ever
answered. I just moved from an XP system to Vista & really used the
Links bar in IE a lot. I don't see any option to have this bar on
Vista.

Any workarounds?:confused:
