I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium and instances
of COM+ Event System Errors with Event IDs
of 4621 appear in my application log every day.

I don't know if these errors are very important but it would be nice to get
rid of them since I am seeing this error #4621 all the time. How can I get
rid of this error?

The properties of each error event are:

Category (50)
Event ID: 4621
Description:
The COM+ Event System could not remove the
EventSystem.EventSubscription object {A5978620-
5B3F-F1D1-8ED2-00FA0035B753}-{00000000-0000-
0000-0000-000000000000}-{00000000-0000-0000-
0000-000000000000}. The HRESULT was 80070005.

I had the same problem with other bunch of entries in the App Log, I could find and get rid of all other problems, but i could not get a solution for "4621".The only solution i found was to repair from safe mode using the CD. Unfortunately my OS was remotely installed by Dell for which i have No copy. Even If i use my original copy to repair, i have a bunch of purchased software installed, which i will lose. If anyone has a solution for this entry,which does not mess with other instalations, please let us know. The system hangs after a long no activity interval and does not wakeup. Initially when the issue started it use to hang every 5 to 10 Minutes. After all the trouble shooting it now hangs, if left ideal for about 6-7 Hours. Other than using repair option from Safe Mode, which might wipe out the hard drive and uninstall all installed cost paid software, if there is any method please let me know. Its now not as bad as it was, but it still exist. Please help. Microsoft is silent on this they have no fix (can you believe it?).I did not try the Safe Mode-Repair method.HELP
