If you want to read the description in another language first, click on
the triangle near Article Translations near the top right corner, then
select the language you want, then click on the arrow to the right of
the triangle. Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox,
it also works in other folders. If you don't know whether you have a
32-bit version of Vista or a 64-bit version, try the hotfix for the
32-bit version first. The Vista SP1 update includes this hotfix and
more, but takes longer to install.

Such problems tend to return occasionally if you have certain
antivirus programs installed. What if any antivirus programs do you
have, and have you ever had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program
on that computer, even one of the free trial versions that often come
already installed on new computers?

Descargar e instalar esto. No tengo idea cómo se traduce "hotfix" en
español. ¿Remiendo o parche?

Están disponibles traducciones del artículo en varias lenguas. Hacer clic
en el botón triángular "Article Translations". Hay versiones para el Vista
32-bit y 64-bit. Está incluido en la actualización Vista SP1.

Tales problemas se asocian de vez en cuando con los programas anti-virus.
¿Ha estado instalado Norton o McAfee en la computadora, por casualidad?
